Rules for Delegations' Reservations

By June 5, 2010:
Reservation of the number and type of rooms to be made.
30% deposit (of the total amount) either via credit card or bank transfer to be made directly at the property.

By July 15, 2010:
Rooming list and final payment due, either via credit card or bank transfer to be made directly at the property.

Any reservations made after July 15 2010 are not guaranteed in availability and price for either properties.

General notes:

Deposits are not refundable
Final payments are not refundable
Changes can be made to the rooming list between July 16 and August 10, providing the number and types of room remain the same
